My eyes welled up with tears as the music started playing. And I certainly wasn't the only one. It was one of my many favorite songs. One I definitely played at my own wedding reception. The moment was perfect, and my new momma heart just couldn't handle it. I pictured my own new baby girl in a white dress, and suddenly I was being flooded with memories of own white dress just a couples years ago. All the heartbreaks, tears, and lonely years spent patiently waiting for my one and only made these words more than true on my own special day. "I have loved you for a thousand years. I'll love you for a thousand more."
I don't know the story behind this song for Krystal and Bill, but I could see and feel the tender emotions behind their love throughout the day. It was inspiring and humbling to be behind the lens and just witness the sweet relationship these two have. Smiles, tears, hugs, and kisses told their story on June 1st and I feel so privileged to have been a part of it.
Dear Krystal and Bill,
Thank you for putting your trust in me to capture some of the most beautiful moments. I loved getting to know you two over the course of the year just through social media and your engagement session. You were both so sweet and honestly so wonderful to work with. I'm so happy for you two and wish you the all the best in this new adventure.
Love you both!
Eryn
